User Arrival and Departure Procedure

New User Registration
- When a new user arrives at our office to create an intranet account, we will immediately print the display.
User Departure
- When a user leaves, the secretaries should notify us so that we can reprint the display (or they can do it themselves via https://doculbvub.iihe.ac.be/door/index.php / this link).
User Relocation
- If a user changes location, the promoter should inform us so we can print a new display. Printing can also be done directly by the user if they want via this link.
