User Arrival and Departure Procedure

  • New User Registration
    • When a new user arrives at our office to create an intranet account, we will immediately print the display.
  • User Departure
    • When a user leaves, the secretaries should notify us so that we can reprint the display (or they can do it themselves via this link).
  • User Relocation
    • If a user changes location, the promoter should inform us so we can print a new display. Printing can also be done directly by the user if they want via this link.
